You cannot change your nation color or have an outline other than black... duh There is no owner: the remixers run this. also any such thing as a "rule the owner can't break" probably has reasons why it sometimes could be broken so eh every 500 remixes from 469 (2500) is +1 to moves per remix ends when 2 players remain and no unbroken squares monolith is NOT top priority - you are allowed to do away with monolith but you can't delete war
