Alright everyone. I have a new idea (for the one millionth time) So while browsing through our comment section, I realized just how many bullies/stalkers were being reported by our scouts and/or other scratchers. So to prevent our warriors from being overworked, I came up with a new and once again very simple system. Teams. Very self-explanatory. We can split our group up into teams who go and rai- *coughs* protest against different scratchers. Each team could have: 4 warriors. A peacekeeper A studio manager who goes around and checks on the team. Also we could have shifts where warriors from different teams exchange spots for a short time. I'm not expecting this to be put into practice right away though. Right now our PWS is too small. But once we have enough people we can implement this strategy. That's it for now!
