The New York Central Hudson was a popular 4-6-4 Hudson type steam locomotive built by the American Locomotive Company Baldwin and the Lima Locomotive Works in three series from 1927 to 1938 for the New York Central Railroad. They served the central throughout the entirety of its steam operations. Being there main Passenger Engines till the end of steam. When the end came they were all scrapped almost instantly the only thing remaining being a Tender that was used as a Steam Generator.
