Ok it has been a while since I’ve done a beyond theory, so I went back to do a few close looks at some of the panels! These panels make me believe Hazel doesn’t own just an organization with hunters, she has spies! I believe Axel is one of the spies considering in Velvets story it talks about him having a tablet with a lot of information of crewmates + he was spying on Velvet when they were coming towards the ship Explain the images otherwise lol I don’t have much else considering there’s not much to go off of, considering that it’s just images and some are hard to make out.
