I saw this coming. I didn't expect it to be so soon, but it is. Yes, online services for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U are shutting down in April 2024 - for good. Luckily, we still have Pretendo, but it will never be the same. Besides, it might be complicated with no internet connection for modding 3DS and Wii U consoles for even getting access to Pretendo servers. Let's enjoy these final months together with Nintendo Network. Thank you for all the unforgettable memories, 3DS and Wii U online. We'll miss you from the bottoms of our hearts.
