Update 2: I'm not gonna update this again, but I added Minifrost where if you have less then 10 TP, it'll only increase the frozeness by 2. But if you have 10 TP or more, it'll take 10 TP away, and increase both frozen meters by 4. It can do this 1-10 times. It does not work on the core.
