A Scratch game where you sign up using the sheet, and then your character may be accepted into the game. When you are finished with playing, press the exit button in-game, and you will be given a code. Enter the code next time you play to redeem all points. Just post a comment labeled 'TRACK' if you want to be notified of updates/account approval.
