Petal decided to go on a little search for her, though nothing too much as she learned after her search for CherishedMirch. That night she slipped out of her nest, and exited camp. /please be okay/ she prayed to starclan as she had been through so much of this already. PetalPounce padded through the Forest, deciding to check the birch forest’s stream first, knowing it was Dapples favorite spot. “Dappeld?” She called out, her voice echoing through the empty woods. “D-Dappy?” Her voice cracked, /come on, where are you../ now Petal sat by the stream, not knowing what else to-do. Something felt wrong.. SO wrong but she knew it was probably just her, right? Dapple /has to be okay.. right?/ PetalPounce now was walking aimlessly through the territory. Just barely exiting the birch forest, an all too familiar sent pierced her nose. “Fox” she mewed, her voice sounded light and hopeless. “I-it can’t be” she whispered to herself, running through the small Field. “Dappleflourish!” She cried out, following the sent as tears formed in her eyes. She came to a sudden stop, on the ground laid the flower she had gifted her, “no..” she whispered, a coupled small dots of bl0od rested next to it. There was no mistaking it.. Dapple was.. Not again… Petal fell to the ground, it was true, only starclan knew the truth of what happened that night but.. Petal accepted it, silent tears fell down her face as she reached out, brushing the flower. “I won’t forget you..” her voice cracked as she whispered, a soft smile on her face. PetalPounce noticed as a nearby feather fell down onto the ground, it’s colors remained her of her lost friend. Silently Petal grabbed the feather, clutching it closely as she sat up. Petal sat alone in the empt field, feeling..empty. The only noise was the quiet sound of petals weeps. Another cat, another.. Warrior, Another friend..
