Mouse down+move: Change view-frame. Up/Down, Left/Right: Change view-frame.
I though I was done with this guy, but nope. He still had some tricks up his sleeve! ;-D Just a fast hack to test out an idea. I've change the resolution when moving view-frame to speed up things. Thanks to @DCPU-16 for "Scratch Texture Converter"
