Non Caput Deus is a river which had a source from Steven Avenue. It has 3 delta, 1 at Province of Kakichichai, 1 at Nei Sao city, and 1 at Tenova. Non Caput Deus loosely translate to "Non Head God" because people believed that the shape of the river looks like a finger without a head (geez bruv). This is also where Mai Hong's Peacekeeper force have Navy exercise.
