been wanting to make a lil something like this for a while :D! they have voices now :) disclaimer, they are not all from one big story- i attempted to group them together via world. i also included little explanations for why they sound like they do. i am not good enough at coding to like try and figure out how to make characters skippable via space or arrow keys ,. sorry :( [RoadKill / Lab Gang] Hayden - Reagan Ridley (Lizzy Caplan) from Inside Job ——I feel like a deeper, yet still obviously AFAB voice suits Hayden. realistically they would have a bit of an accent as well, but i couldn’t find anything that felt right. and i thought that Reagan’s kinda perpetual tiredness and yet intenseness/wide range of emotions suits Hayden pretty well Mai - Lord Dominator (Noël Wells) from Wander Over Yonder ——when i was watching Wander over Yonder, Lord Dominators voice seemed to really fit Mai, especially when shes shouting because her voice kind of gets this loud brashness that is just perfectly Mai to me. when she’s normally speaking it slightly loses the Mai-ish-ness to me, which is why its 3/4ths accuracy. [minecraft ocs] Snip - Moomintroll (Susan Sheridan) from 90s Moomin Valley ——moomins voice back in the 90s show just fit Snip like a glove! it’s young-sounding, but not in an annoyingly high-pitched/babyish way. it was pretty tough to find a voice like that! Electric - Miss Pauling (Ashly Burch) from Team Fortress 2 ——my friend @DragonOfPyrrhia suggested this one to me and it was just perfect!! Stellifer - King (Alex Hirsch) - The Owl House ——Stellifer got a lot of inspiration from Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls and the Collector from the Owl House- so it felt fitting to have a voice reminiscent of Bill’s, but from the same setting as the Collector. besides, King and Bill do have differences in how they speak, however subtle- they aren’t separated only by lack of reverb. and the more childlike one seemed to fit Stellifer more! [Universe-ity] Nakmur - Ragatha (Amanda Huffird) - The Amazing Digital Circus ——i was struggling to find a voice for an anxious character that didn’t sound over-the-top, but Ragatha seemed like a good fit. Bian - Snufkin (Edvin Endre) from 2019 series Moomin Valley ——Bian is a part of a telepathic alien race so he doesn’t technically have a voice- however this is how he likes to sound when talking in someones head. he prefers to sound soothing and calm, and Snufkin from the more recent moomin valley series has a very soothing voice. [Hello World] Opto - Nightmare Fredbear (Zack Hoffman) - Five Nights at Freddy’s Custom Night ——this is another one @DragonOfPyrhhia suggested to me! the overlapping voices seem very Opto-like, as well as the warped quality, though a point was docked since I think they wouldn’t be *quite* as intense or deep-voiced. Nyck - Darly Boxman (Michael Kovach) - The Darly Boxman Show ——*jumpscares you with an oc that literally nobody has seen or heard me talk about before* Nyck is another character in Opto’s weird little world. i imagine his voice being lighthearted but also a little scary- though he’s really nice, he’s still a very offputting dude. [tbn] Solstice - a trending audio - Ensy Williams ——Fun fact, me matching Solstice to this audio was what kinda kickstarted this whole project! Solstice has a seriousness to her- she’s a no-nonsense bounty hunter in a post-apocalyptic world, and the voice fit her general attitude and tone very well.
