This is a version of "ROCK N ROLL" based on the character Monkey D. Luffy, from the anime "One Piece". Like the two Bluey and the Doki versions, it was made by "Ding Dang Toys". Update (13/10/2023): Luffy's head movement is removed, his guitar is changed, and the loop is fixed. Update (05/11/2023): Luffy's guitar is changed again.
