blue flames is considered one of the worst OVAs ever made. if you watch it for yourself, you'll get grossed out by certain scenes. to make things worse, the protagonist never gets punished for what he did. besides, it's hard to believe this OVA was released in 1989 of all years. now that i have explained this thing, go ahead and ruin it with whatever comes to mind.
i don't know who made this anime, but i do know that it stars kenyu horiuchi, who would later do voice work in better media, notably being the japanese voice of raiden in the metal gear series.
