Bio: The Rewindir has the power to make anyone it so chooses to rewind their speech. It can also do this do itself, although it doesn't make noise, so when it rewinds itself, it sounds more like a reversed cymbal. The Rewindir has evolved a tail and spines on their back to protect against agitated monsters thats voice have been rewinded.
