[MODE UPDATE] Undyne Spear Survival

Description

CONTROLS Arrows to move. Don't touch white (the box is an exception) Press Z to heal. You have 4 items for healing. Each one heals 24 HP. If a high score has a decimal, it means it's been done in a specific mode. MODES (MODE UPDATE) 1 + Flag for Sans Mode. In Sans Mode you have 1 HP but can move horizontally faster. (Also no items because of 1 HP) 2 + Flag for Pacifist Mode. In Pacifist Mode you have 20 HP but the spears spawn and move slower. Survive for as long as you can! If the music doesn't start, press the flag again.
