Duplearium is a metal when refined is 20 million times more energetic than gasoline. then you can see it's useful for explosive making. If duplearium is mixed with conductivium and some loshonium the Duplearium becomes unstable. this leads to it only being useful for explosives and experimental weapons because now it's 40 million times more powerful than gas. this also makes it unusable for jump drives because of its unpredictable nature now. if in large enough quantities, the explosive can destroy whole worlds or just a city, if a grain of it was used for an explosive it would have a bigger, stronger explosion than normal bombs. plus when paired with other elements it can be used for many types of rounds. mostly it's used for torpedos or bombs this leads to powerful weaponry that can easily destroy whole ships and stuff.
