This is simply the Cookie Run: Kingdom Opening made using Griffpatch's text engine. Made the first version as a joke, then it evolved into this. (You can even find the joke sprites inside) Simply click or tap the screen to go to the next line of dialog.
Ok, most of this wasn't made by me. Sprites (including all 15 Golden Cheese sprites. I don't have an obsession, I swear), background, font, and the text spoken is by Devsisters (from Cookie Run: Kingdom to be exact) Text engine code is based on the code by Griffpatch, although I did add some additional changes to it. Everything else is made by me though. You can find instructions on how to use it in the project.
