He used to be a lovable and happy fella who enjoyed social interaction. But when he was near a nuclear power plant, the dangerous chemicals got into his body and infected him. Causing Dee to become a zombie like creature. Now, Raydee lurks in the most polluted of areas, lost within the toxins. Additional facts: -The bright green spots on him have very high voltage, and when touched they release a shockwave. -Raydee renamed himself after the contact with the toxins to suit his new life better.
