Not like I have just figured this out, but this is an LA Cold War Siren. Yes, these were used during the Cold War, but they were even used to warn the people of LA about the attack on Pearl Harbor. They were tested around the 1980s, but the system got shut down. I would really like to see one in LA, but I live in NY so I would not be able to see one in person. These came in several variants. There were a few DH-TTs, most of them were SD-10s and various FedelCode Models. There was also H.O.R. Siro Drones, and B&N Mobil Directos. A couple were Thunderbolts, but not too many. And some Scream-Masters and Chrysler Bell Victories. The Chrysler ones were practically all taken down or removed.
This one was a little difficult to make, but it did not come out too shabby!
