So, the way this works, you remix with either a small blinking animation, fanart, or just your OC without a BG, the twist is that you can use the pallet of any halloween pallet map (pls credit in the project I'll give the credit in the credits) please fill out the form before remixing, animators and artists of all levels are allowed :)
