(If this is too much to read, I have a TL;DR at the bottom) Thought you guys should probably know why I've been away for a couple months now. I've been working on more important things than this. Scratch really isn't something that I can use to help me get someone in life, but it is a nice brick to the wall. I've been working on stuff like TF2 map creation, and sometimes even working on Terraria mods. Now, I hear you. "But how is that any more important than scratch???" It's not really any more important, but you know how I said "A nice brick to the wall"? That's kinda what that is. Working on TF2 Maps and Terraria mods are also kinda like the bricks being added to the wall. Small parts to life that help you get to the final goal. So although they may not be more important, I just like to have something new every once in a while, you know? I've worked on scratch for almost exactly 2 years at this point. I figured it would be nice for a bit of a change of pace by trying something new. And I recommend the same to you! Don't spend all your time on scratch just working away at this one project that you think is going to end up really well (like I've been somewhat doing the past few days). Try to balance your work/life ratio. Spend some time on scratch, work a little on school, and take some time to yourself. Don't use all that time for one thing. Try out some new games like TF2, Metal Gear Rising, CS:GO, or anything like that. Even passive games like terraria or some games on Roblox even. TL;DR (Too long; Didn't read) I've been working on other things that should help me develop some more skills that will help me later in life combined with my pre-existing scratch "skills".
