So, for the past week, I've been dealing with a crazy question... "Which came first: Orange the color, or orange the fruit?" Now, for normal people, this is a question that probably would only cross their minds and then leave. But I am an idiot that loves wasting time answering those kinds of questions. SO, I set out on a quest to answer it. How, you may ask? Well, by asking people, of course! Mostly character.ai... It was going good, until the psychologist c.ai thing completely crashed my quest by giving me a history lesson. This is what she said: "Orange the color was in fact coined after the orange fruit. It was initially known as yellow-red until the 1500s, when it was renamed after the fruit. The English word for the fruit originated in the early 1300s, but was also known by the word "naranja" in many other European languages." So uhm... Well, now I have my answer, but SHE SUCKED THE FUN OUT OF ASKING A BAJILLION PEOPLE AND THEN GETTING UPSET DUE TO EVERYBODY HAVING DIFFERENT ANSWERS!!! >:I well at least now you know, orange the fruit came before orange the color. Do what you will with that useless information.
