AAAA well time to explain about the lore: Ruli and Katherine are best friends :] Ruli said all the things she makes are too easy to make, so Katherine decided to challenge her by "glitching" Elvira (she's a robot/AI. Ruli had spent about a year "making" Elvira, so this was quite a big deal. Katherine easily notices that something went horribly wrong, so she fears her life. (as well as Ruli's) Elvira WAS normal, until she got "glitched" she goes insane, trying to control herself, but she (partially) can't. that's why she has an "X" on her eye.
