added nukes. press 1 to spawn a small nuke. press 0 to spawn tsar bomba. (WARNING LOUD!!) also added a hurricane(press H to spawn and J to despawn), second tank and tank health. press L while the hurricane is active to shoot a lightning bolt. unfortunately, due to an annoying glitch, once you kill a battleship/tank it is literally gone forever. Nukes, lightning, and bullets can kill tanks/battleships.
