So, I made an Undertale AU. I called it Last Stand, in inspiration of Last Breath. Before deciding to use @JeffynickV2 's engine, I decided to make it by myself. I haven't shared the @JeffynickV2 version of the game, so that might be cancelled too. (2-5-25 - Ye its cancelled) Of course, I knew it was an ambitious project, so I named it 'Undertale: Last Stand DEMO'. I have pictures of concept art in one of my drawing books. I have given up on making this, and hadn't worked on it for a long time, so this is what it is now. Below is the original description.
