https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/709068/ I managed to get a version of the block which you can drag out of the join block. This block is pretty weird, when saving and loading a project with this block in it, the block will immediately disappear unless it's in a block (in this case the join block). You can still drag the block out, but when saving the project, the block won't actually save.
