according to TV tropes: baby shaker was a thankfully now-discontinued iOS app where you were given a picture of a baby and have to shake the device to prevent it from crying. after enough shaking, red crosses appear over the baby's eyes, indicating that you just killed the baby. the app was removed from the itunes store after a protest led by a couple who felt their babies were being victimized. anyway, you'd think a mobile game that involves shaking a baby would be fun, but it really isn't. to put it mildly, it's quite hurtful and mean-spirited.
this rather disrespectful game was released by sikalosoft in 2009, but got taken down from the app store shortly after the complaints came in. believe it or not, sikalosoft themselves admitted the game was a bad idea! this is not a project attacking anyone, but just go ahead and ruin this heartless game. if you were shaken as a baby, i send my apologies to you.
