Rocket Shooter made by me and @Dragoion the rocket shooter is equipped with special ecto missiles so that it can damage ghosts. it can also inflict "spectral affection" that allows other people to damage the ghosts, however the effect only lasts for 1 turn rotation and can't be re-inflicted for the turn rotation after that
