[PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH PEOPLE ON SCRATCH] If you aren’t a Tweeter user or haven’t seen it on YT, Preston, founder/owner of Big Games, started taking down roblox games just because they have blocky pets. Yesterday or today, PSX (Pet Simulator X) reached its all time low, and preston started to DMCA take down games for having blocky pets in it. The idea is unoriginal, but preston is claiming he owns it, and since it’s unoriginal and NOT copyrighted, he’s illegally taking them down. If you have tweeter, #BoycottBigGames was TRENDING #4 IN THE USA. #4. ON. TRENDING. This is the 2nd time a roblox tag has been trending, pretty surprising. But unlike #BRINGBACKBILLY, this is more serious. Preston is even taking down games with 20 players, like it’s not that popular so what’s the point?! The thing is preston does NOT own cube pets, and some types of animals don’t really have any other way to be created in block form, so it may share some similarities. And the worst thing is, Roblox is not taking any action on this. The only time I know Roblox took action against PSX was when they promoted NFTS. Preston could get sued for this, which surprisingly hasn’t happened yet. He is claiming he owns it, even though games before PS1 (Pet Sim 1) had blocky pets like Mining Simulator 1 and Bee Swarm Simulator.
