Ethiopia and Egypt will pay small reparations to Somaliland. Somalia, Somaliland and Eastern Ethiopia will be United, and Somaliland will be given autonomy. Sudan will annex some border areas. The rest of Ethiopia will be split into the independent states of (from north to south) Tigray, Amhara, Oromia and South West. All participants( except maybe Somalia) will join the ACF. In the meantime, Niger will be given independence.
