Space to switch bios! Alright, I finally finished editing the biographies. I would have done it earlier if I wasn't so burnt out from exams, study and other commitments. But I guess I'm more dedicated than a good chunk of scratchers, so I'm sure it's just me that takes issue with my ethic. It hasn't even been a week since I got back into menu demo. Admittedly, it's not very intensive stuff, just sorting. I've written ~30 of the 84 bios, with 10 scrapped. I won't reveal them, so the only way they'll go revealed is if you see them upon release. They were made when the bio list was meant to be 180, so when I cut back characters like Sheik were cut who was written for. I don't want to reveal that since it just makes me want to have Mr. Saturn, Wolf or Gooey have bios made for them. I can only see more getting in if they're major non-Nintendo or gaming protagonists- like Bomberman or Spidey. But I don't want to bloat the roster with these kinds of picks. I definitely feel pop culture is ingrained in a lot of the Smash community, so excluding these inclusions in SSBG would just make me bummed out. But at the same time, I want to keep it to household names or genre defining reps. So no obscure cartoon characters. This is only if Jeffy makes more, which he is currently under the impression not to. The only non-gaming bios excluding Dragon Ball are Luffy and Superman since they're the biggest Manga and Comic based reps I can think of. I'll continue writing the remaining 50 ASAP alongside some other bio related stuff. Hopefully I can focus on writing the extras stuff like crediting and porting over the new soundtrack as soon as I can. Series logos and bio vectors traced by JeffyJeff.
