Check the "Assets" sprite for everyone' assets, and do the challenge. If everybody has finished the challenge, the challenge ends. If more than three quarters of the contestants have finished by September 10th (7 days), the challenge ends. If none of these conditions are met, the challenge will end on September 15th.
