The Soul Scale is some sort of smooth crystal with the shadow of a dragon inside, it can give anyone special powers. This is why all branches are after it, and they're on the brink of war because of it. The Clingers have been to first to start provoking the other branches, as multiple killing have happened from Clingers on the search running into another branch. No one has realized though, the owner of the Soul Scale is among them, staying hidden best as possible.
