i was inactive in scratch ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but it is real 3D wow, I did it with Paint 3D, not normal paint, Paint 3D, so I made the character in 3D, I already had Paint 3D pre-installed so it may be that you can have Paint3D pre-installed like me, and what you can use for your projects or in something else
