The Mothos Federation is an empire, created by Mothos 13 years earlier in 1902. Mothos takes pride in his army, and thinks that lower technology is actually superior. He uses technology from 1885, in his wars, though slowly but surely, his technology has been rising...oh and by the way, he also has an army of 179.3K men, so far...also, just a tip, population of Earth in 1915 was only around a billion.
