Sogran was seen talking with what we think is one of his top soldiers. Then Sogran sent the soldier off, on a ship, they evidentally stole from our fleet. The soldier was last seen near Niedermeyer. It seems that Sogran has a link between the cultists there. It is unknown however, where the destination of this soldier is going, but if you see this guy your nation, let us know immediately. He is most likely on the middle haungarian continent.
