I was working the farmers market that I requested to work that I usually do not like working (I have to get up at 5 for this one, the other one I get up at 6 which is not optimal but better) so that I could go see the local car show (1 year ago, made a project on it a while ago) that has really cool cars. I finish up at the market, and walk about 15 minutes over to where the website said it would be. I look around, and I saw a few of very cool cars. But not the large line on both sides of the street like last year. So I do a bit more walking, and see a few more cool cars, all going in a certain direction. So I think “Hey, all these cool cars I have seen are going this way, they must be going to the car show. It must have just been relocated.” So I follow them. Back to where I started, with no car show. I walk back, and look around some more. Finally I ask one of the people in a cool car (the Pontiac bonneville) if he was going to the car show. He told me there was no car show today, but if I was referring to the [name of the car show], it got rescheduled to sometime in September. Kudos to that guy. Thanks dude TLDR: worked my less favorite market to go see a car show, walked around for almost 2 hours (thankfully it was only 85 as opposed to the nearly 100 degree days on wednesday, thursday, and friday) just to find there was no car show I did get to see some pretty cool cars tho
