based on the description of the char I was given, I got like punk girl vibes so here's a design based on that in your description, you said "green," but I wasn't sure what shade of green the fur was and whether or not the char was a solid green or had some sort of pattern though so I left it uncolored for you to fill in to your liking. There is a version with a transparent background so that you can color easily! (look on the bottom left corner to tell) I can see the char with bright pink highlights though also since the cat is unrealistically green anyways, why not give them extra dragon features to spice it up? If you don't want them in the design then lmk and I can get you a version without the wings and horns.
