pre civil war, in the great days of expansion, the neu-Prussian population were protesting over living conditions, as mega-cities across the solar system were too complex in living.while one city had good connections and transport to other cities, others only had 1. this forced the neu-Prussian government to to a very controversial move: turning the entire solar system into 1 city. each planet had their own ways of gaining food and can transport it via the interplanetary railways. the sun was turned into a giant dysonsphere to power the entire system. the central city, the dysonsphere had a opening built incase the sun died out. Pluto was completely destroyed to prevent damages to the megastructure. venus was turned into the largest industrial complex in the entire city, as it stored an AI that did most of the transport work, while also having 17 billion people to work in gigantic factories.
