Hey there! Here is my DTAE for this lil guy! I’m super exited to draw more of him so let’s get into the backstory! This is Waldo, he is part of this circus themed comic/story! Let’s get into the story shall we? There was a carnival, a special one. This carnival had mascots like most- but these mascots were alive! A real blue dog with puffy fur that looked like cotton candy, a yellow and red goat with front paws and cherries across its pelt, a purple rabbit with a frilly neck and pink stripes! These were beloved by most- others thought it was kind of creppy. But everyone believed it was harmless. This was until the carnival changed- it moved to a new location and the mascots- they were gone! Or rather- replaced. New mascots filled the stage, feeding on the attention. One a tall cat like creature that stood on 2 legs, a wide smile planted on its face with candy patterned cheeks. These mascots weren’t the cute ones before- these were very different. As everyone embraced the new mascots the old ones were left in the dust to fend for themselves, forgotten but not gone… Years later the new mascots seemed to become…let’s say aggressive. And one day the cat grabbed a child in the front of the crowd. “Watch as I swallow the, whole!” The cats opened its wide smile and… The carnival was shy down, the owners arrested and they left the park to rust away- hopefully the mascots would to… And that we’d the story begins! A girl comes to the park and is forced to stay there, the old mascots helping her survive and stuff. ————- ★ ————- Ooo spooky! But yeah that’s the sorta vibe, something else I want to say is that they are not magic, they were normal dogs/goats/rabbits before but they were like torn apart and their fur was died and everything it’s kinda like- terrifying what they did to them to make them look like this but, I mean it’s a horror story sooo. Anyways hopefully you think this is cool! And I rlly wanna win this guy ima poor my heart and soul into him. And hopefully I can make a drawing with the original three mascots.
