Randomizes color unless you set "vary" sliders to 0. Similar to my impressionism from last year, but uses a "scan" first. Then distorts colors, lowers resolution to create "impressionistic" effect (not aiming for realism). Images (ordered from favorite to least favorite of mine): 1.
