The Kinetic Conversion Rifle (K-con Rifle for short) is a Mauser modified with a power cell that soaks up surrounding residual energy in order to charge devastating single shots. To reach the speed required for an average Sniperbolt, the cell must gather energy equivalent to walking a quarter mile (6%). The capacity for charge is about 4 miles worth (100%), at which point the speed at which the Bullet exits the Barrel is about the square of the average. All type of movement or energy usage is able to charge the power cell, though kinetic energy is probably the most common It is blatant Pseudo-law, but I thought it would be a fun concept anyway I will most certainly be adding this to my loadout.
