You're piloting a lander trying to land safely on the Red Planet! Controls: * fire main thrusters: space bar, or tap the center of the screen * fire rotation thrusters: left and right arrow keys, or tap the left or right sides of the screen Look out -- there's little atmosphere on Mars, so you'll continue to rotate until you fire in the opposite direction too! But also -- something has gone wrong! Is it that your fuel seems to be leaking and is lower than it's supposed to be? Is it that you're still moving too fast horizontally across the surface of the planet? Is it that you're rotating out of control? Whatever the problem, just do whatever you can to land softly! Note that there are a bunch of easter eggs... try doing special things, and you might get a reward! Bonus clues: * whatup friend, nice to see you again! * wow, you went the extra mile! * you're a penny pincher! * looks good from up here! * you sure cut it close! * you're such a daredevil!

To do: * when you land and must turn, after determining your success, it should turn you from starting rotation/location to target rotation/location * make various bonus messages occupy dedicated areas, and maybe bounce at separate offsets (should be working in code, isn't) * better lander art * make it replayable in-project (rather than requiring green flag) * start with no horizontal movement and ease player into complexity * button to show achievements, with hints as to next one
