This WAS located in Yates, NY but the rotation was screwed up and was facing someones house, so they complained about it blaring directly at their home so the county removed it and it is now gone. Luckily they got the removal for free... for NOW. But weirdly the pole is still there, and now they are mad about that too. But if they called again and asked it for removal, then it would be up to the household to pay it, so they should really stay contempt and stop bugging the community or they will have to pay a lot for that. My friend there got me this information.
