Link here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/242301831/) [Defenderpedia] -Good Guys- *Boom Bake: He uses a paintball gun to launch powerful shots, and after the great door has fallen he switches a rifle to rain shots at the enemies without needing to reload! He might be broken *Warlock: This elusive cat uses a blend of dark and light magic to crush the enemy! Switches between 4-5 powerful attacks that are aimed at dealing area damage. *Verdant Knight: He's well... Verdant Knight. You know him. But this time, he doesn't just teleport behind enemies and stab them many times, he'll actually do 3 types of attacks! He'll do at least 2 and up to 4 attacks in one attack cycle. Its tornado attack can pull in even knockback resistant enemies! Nick: Now armed with his trusty Raging Hunter .44 Magnum, he fires shots that basically instakills anyone. He reloads and shoots fairly slowly, though. *Banner bearer: She will periodically call guards, that block and fight enemies. She will also blow her horn, which will heal slightly active guards and call an arrow rain. *Bomb cat: a traveler looking to sell his bombs, the bombs deal only 3 damage due to the OVERPOWERED weight. so the bombs have tiny little bit of gunpowder. *Void: from the mushroom forest he emits a blue aura only dealing 2 or 3 damage to many other cats. anyone with heavy big armor can only deal 0.2 damage *Cactus John: He trekked through the desert after receiving a distress signal from the kingdom. Blocks enemies with his cactus shield while also dealing damage at the same time! *Apprentice: He appears to be in the wrong kingdom. Throws sharp kunais and can also use his katana for some melee action. He has not yet become a certified ninja. -Bad Guys- *Invader Cat: Your average footsoldier. He is determined to bring glory to his kingdom. *Hoplite: These experienced soldiers spawn in groups and take reduced knockback. They love gold. *Magic Cat: He has been afflicted with cursed magic, and will teleport randomly once he goes under 1/2 HP. *Paladin: The big boss of the opposition, this crusader is extremely tanky and resists all knockback. *Water Raider: Moats were created to resist land invasion, but nobody expected some very forward thinking cats to use these waterways to their advantage. *Big Shielder: He actually has a shield that can break. The said shield will block exactly three hits no matter how strong it is. -Objects- *Castle: You must defend this structure, or everything that we have built up to today will fall! *Great Door: A grand wooden door that can take quite the beating before collapsing. *Great Gates: A pair of gates. Enemy cats can pass through these without obstruction, but defenders can still be placed on them for a leverage point.
[NEW ADDITIONS] -Ported over cactus john from AY Defending the great tree. -Added the apprentice, an assassin-in-training who throws kunais and can also go on the assault with his katana! [BALANCE CHANGES] -All cats got massive HP buffs to accomodate for their decreased spawn rates. Water cats remain unchanged. -Heavy nerfs to SpacetralCore: its wave attack only reaches ~3/4 of the moats length and it takes much longer to attack -Heavy nerfs to Nick: Bullets no longer pierce, reduced damage. Shielders and Paladins take even less damage. Even after these nerfs though, nick is probably still the strongest defender in the game -Bomb Cat now has a wider attack scope -Attempted to fix the lag problem but idk if its working -Nerfed guard hp [QOL] -Removed the 2nd antilag sprite (idk why we had 2) -Reduced size of void - he now takes up roughly the same horizontal space as the other defenders -Reduced size of Nick for the same reason as abve -Also reduced size of bomb cat -Reduced size of "SpacetralCore" (this character wasnt in the defenderpedia for some reason so ive also fixed this). Also i improved the visuals on its wave attack -Changed some of void's attack sounds - less loud -Added water rusher to the defenderpedia -Changed the moat colors to those before voltgone's remix -Improved bomb cat visuals
