A Powerful mercenary has arisen. And they are attacking the Government, declaring war. So far it is only him, but hopefully this does not result in another CIVIL WAR. Also this guy is suspicious, as it is said by some witnesses that he wears a cowboy hat, though it may just be a coincidence. Don't scroll...down... We have found that Skoth had ties with a powerful man who claimed to have been a ferocious outlaw over a century ago. Though this is not confirmed, as it was in Skoth's Journal. It is even said that it was this mystery man who trained Skoth, perhaps explaining how he was so skilled at fighting, even at only 12 years old!
