(8 years after ch. 1) it was Xo's 10'th birth day today yet his perents still fussed over him as if he was 2. just beacuase he was blind he never told them but in school he was the best fighter best hunter and best swimer! but if he did tell them they would freak out they'ed just say "AHHH MY POOR BABY IS DOING FIGHTING CLASS ???!?!?" the thought of it made Xo growl he could find anything he needed just fine... it wasn't fair that he was blind but thats not what he was so upset about he just hated the fact his parents were so over-protective... (three hours later) as his parents sang the happy birthday song he made his wish and blew out the candles and thought /i wish my parents didn't fuss over me" ~ end of chapter
