Hello everyone, Marbles here. You may already know that I've a hiatus from Scratch, but now I'm back! Doing a project with all the things I've found interest during my break. You may also realize I decided to do text-to-speech instead of voice acting (my family no longer wants to record for me and am lazy) so yeah, it won't be the last you see it. Anyways, this is a short filler but somehow I took more effort to finish this compared to my other projects. (excluding the major ones) Anyways, hope you enjoy a good laugh! Also Happy (late) Cirno Day! (why is this project so buggy while making ;-;) Explaination: Who is Cirno? (Cirno is an ice fairy very popularized in the Touhou community. If you don't know, Touhou is a bullet-hell game. Anyways, fans adore this character. From the release of Touhou 6, they already like her! However, the real rocket-booster happened when Touhou 9 released, where the manual stated the Cirno is an idiot through the number ⑨. Since then, fans has been celebrating Cirno Day on every year on September 9th. However, this year's number has no ⑨ in it, therefore my characters panicked, since it's only Cirno Day, not Cirno Year.)
