If you think you may have ADHD, it's a good idea to talk to a trusted adult if possible. That could be anyone like a parent/caregiver, teacher, school counselor, therapist, or doctor. I dont know surely if i got adhd but i really think i do, im gonna talk with someone about it and we´ll see ^^ Like it says in the instructions, this is not a reliable test on adhd (meaning, this doesnt diagnose you with it its not made by a proffesional so no worries ^^)
