How it will work is unknown, but like like Toon Link's down air. - In older versions of the roster, only Mewtwo was planned. Additionally, Jigglypuff was cut for a long time alongside Yoshi, Fox and Captain Falcon, until the original 12 were brought back in the entirety in the finalised roster that exists right now (Excluding bonus characters; reffered to as the Golden Twenty.) - Mewtwo's portrait was originally planned to pose like Freeza. - tbh pokemon got done dirty by what it usually gets, but it does have the most reps excluding mario so idc tbh
